Self-Love Bootcamp

HOLISTIC INTEGRATIVE SOLUTIONS for the Community and Workplace

Are you a young person interested in attending Self-Love Bootcamp?

Self-Love Bootcamp (SLBC) is an integrative, social-emotional learning program led by holistic practitioners, artists, young people, and community leaders from the neighborhoods we serve.

For 12 weeks, participants will meet virtually and in-person with a cohort of 25 of their peers. Each week, inspiring topics that empower participants in all aspects of their lives are imprinted using art therapy, journaling, group discussion, meditation, and more. The program concludes with a community mural designed by participants in collaboration with a local artist.

SLBC fosters a mindfulness-based healing experience that leaves participants with profound connections, a positive sense of self, and an empowered perspective as they learn to navigate their lives during unprecedented times.

SLBC is offered free to young people from underserved and  trauma-affected communities. To help keep SLBC free, please consider donating today. Any amount will go directly to program services for young people.
